Pipeline introduction

Our diverse R&D pipeline is developed by harnessing our technology to create safe and effective vaccines targeting global health burdens. Among them, recombinant herpes zoster vaccine (CHO cell) and recombinant trivalent rotavirus subunit vaccine have entered the clinical stage.



Recombinant herpes zoster vaccine (CHO cells)

Clinical experiment: clinical phase III

Herpes zoster often occurs in adults aged 50 and above. At present, there is no independently developed vaccine product to prevent herpes zoster in China. So far, there is no specific treatment for herpes zoster in the world, and vaccination is an economic and effective measure to control the incidence of herpes zoster. The recombined VZV glycoprotein E expressed by CHO cells and the self-made MA105 adjuvant system are the key components to this vaccine. The preclinical study showed that this product can simultaneously induce the production of high-level binding antibody and CD4+T cell reaction, and has sufficient safety data. Compared with the detoxication technology route, this product can provide stronger cellular immunity and protection rate.
Recombinant trivalent rotavirus subunit vaccine

Clinical experiment: clinical phase II

Rotavirus diarrhea is a common disease in children under 5 years old, and China has listed it as one of the "four diseases of children" to focus on prevention and treatment. The industry has been committed to the development of the recombinant subunit technology route, making up for the defects of the existing rotavirus vaccine, and carrying out technical iteration. Using the recombinant subunit technology route, we are able to induce immune protection by injection, which can protect more than 90% of rotavirus infection, effectively avoid the serious adverse reaction of traditional attenuated vaccines - intussusception, and can prepare a combined vaccine with the existing EPI vaccine to simplify the immunization process and reduce costs.
